Attorney-at-law Ronald Riistan
Ronald Riistan is a member of the Estonian Bar Association and an experienced barrister, who also has extensive experience in M&A law. Previous professional experience in several small law firms has given him an opportunity to gain in depth knowledge in almost all-important areas of law in Estonia, from labour to IT law.
Among other things Ronald has successfully fought large international ccorporations in the European Court of Justice and unraveled complex constitutional issues in Estonian courts.
Ronald´s competence has also been recognized by the prominent legal guide The Legal 500, calling him a “very knowledgeable” new generation lawyer.
Before founding law office Syndicate Legal, Ronald worked as the head of dispute resolution at KPMG law office. Prior to his career as a lawyer he served in Scoutsbattalion and participated as a combat pioneer in the ISAF mission in Afghanistan.
